NBSC visits UPPI for benchmarking activity

Manolo Fortich Bukidnon – The Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) visited the University of the Philippines Population Institute (UPPI) in Diliman, Quezon City on October 18, 2022 to benchmark on research and extension program administration. The UPPI is known for the conduct and analysis of large-scale nationwide surveys that are used for academic purposes, evidence-based planning and policy formulation.

Dr. Grace T. Cruz, Director of the UPPI, and faculty members, Dr. Maria Midea M. Kabamalan, Ms Christian Joy P. Cruz, Ma. Klarriness P. Tanalgo and their administrative and financial staff, warmly welcomed the NBSC team.

The NBSC delegates led by the Research and Extension Director, Ms. Caroline Laarni R. Sereñas, together with Dr. Mary Koren W. Acuesa, Dr. Maria Theresa B. Markines, Dr. Christine C. Royo, Mr. Rolan Mancha, and Mr. Ken Migan Vincent C. Gumonan, gratefully received the sharing of UPPI’s best practices for managing research projects.
